I wore the high heels, I led the teams, and I lived inside big-budget campaigns. The Heat of the Kitchen: From Restaurants to the Set

My connection to food is visceral. At 21, I opened my first restaurant. I eventually opened two locations, learned to lead under pressure, and even faced the brink of burnout. But I grew. Later, I opened a bakery where I spent late nights mastering the art of the perfect bake—and that’s where I found my true "nerd" passion: Food Styling.

The American Dream & The Creative Industry

Coming to the United States was the ultimate challenge. I worked in pastry shops and restaurants, hustling through the "American Dream" while styling shoots on the side.
